Introducing my vintage button collection – sourced from an old, unused stock of buttons and buckles, most likely from France or Belgium in the 1950s.
This card features a set of 18 buttons, each measuring 19 mm in diameter and crafted from natural bone. The buttons are classic black, with a smooth, semi-glossy finish that gives them a timeless look. What makes this set unique is the presence of three different models. Each model offers a slight variation in shape: some buttons have a pronounced rim, others have a more streamlined design, and one style includes a subtle, rounded profile.
All buttons feature a practical four-hole design, making them versatile for a range of projects. Bone buttons are valued for their strength and durability, and these different styles provide options for various garments, from blazers to casual cardigans, or even accessories.
NOTE: please note that colours may slightly differ in reality due to variations in screen types and the effects of photography.
