I do my very best to describe everything as good as possible but I understand completely if it's not what you expected or if you are just unhappy for any reason with your purchase. I gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in the same condition you received it in.
The buyer pays for the return shipping.

Please fill out the 'Return order form' below or send me an email to Returns@bobbinsandneedles.com with your name, your order number and in the 'comment section' the reason why you want to return your order. I will get back to you a soon as possible.

REFUNDS

Once I have received the returned item, you will receive an email to confirm and a credit will automatically be made to your credit card or original method of payment.
The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
