Our online order system is automated, so you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed, and another when your order is shipped.

We do combined shipping (one shipping cost for multiple orders/items in one package)

All our orders are tracked shipped by the services of Correos (Spain). In the UK Royal Mail will be in charge of delivering it to your door. In the US it will be USPS.

We offer free tracked international shipping for all orders above 32€.

Shipping times exclude holidays and weekends.

We hold no responsibility if your package is held in customs and we cannot predict if this will happen. We do not cover duties and taxes within the shipping cost, these will be charged and collected locally.
