Antique handmade crochet lace border in natural cream cotton, with an open square mesh and raised three-dimensional flowers, including five-petal flowers and roses.

A plain fabric strip is sewn along the upper edge, possibly to facilitate attachment to a larger textile. The lower edge has a crocheted scalloped finish.

Conditions: one continuous piece in excellent antique condition.
