REFUND POLICY
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order is not what you expected, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in the same condition in which it was received.
To request a return or cancellation, please use the self-service return and cancellation feature available through your customer account. If you are unable to access your account, you may also contact me at returns@bobbinsandneedles.com.
RETURN SHIPPING
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be carefully packaged and returned in their original condition.
REFUNDS
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
EU CUSTOMERS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you may submit a withdrawal request through your customer account or contact returns@bobbinsandneedles.com.
When a withdrawal request is made within the legal withdrawal period, a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received. Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or are incomplete may not be eligible for a full refund.
