This collection started in a very simple way: I’ve had the idea in mind for a long time because of the amount of antique and vintage lace borders in my archive. But it only became possible recently, when a dear friend offered me an exceptional bundle of high-quality linen in many colours. She also has great sewing skills, and she generously joined me to help bring this project to life.
What we’re making is a meeting point between colour and history—fresh linen paired with carefully selected lace pieces and trims from my collection. Each piece is stitched slowly, in small batches and limited editions, far from any production-line process. We work at our natural rhythm, without rush or pressure, and every combination of linen and lace creates a slightly different result.
We began with placemats to explore ideas, show what’s possible, and support the project as it grows. Even for us, the final look is often a surprise until the piece is finished, and that unpredictability is part of what keeps this work exciting.
We won’t be producing placemats endlessly. From here, we’ll work mainly on demand to avoid unnecessary production and waste. You can share your preferences—linen colour, lace border, size, and quantity—and within a reasonable timeframe (always respecting our capacity) we will make your pieces.
Alongside the table linens, we’re also developing tote bags and new formats, including larger tote bags made with antique métis fabrics and special lace elements reserved for unique one-of-a-kind pieces.
These are everyday textiles made to be used and enjoyed—practical, joyful, and quietly special.
