Introducing my handmade lace panels. A French antique lace, handmade in the early part of the 20th century in the traditional bobbin lace-making region of Retournac, Haute-Loire, France. Crafted from hand-spun natural fibers, likely hemp or coarse linen, ensuring authenticity and durability.

This set includes two large lace panels, each featuring a geometric openwork design centered around a stylized dragon figure — a rare and distinctive motif in traditional French lace. The texture is thick and rustic, showing the natural color variations of undyed fiber, one lighter beige and one darker tone.

Each piece measures approximately 60 × 35 cm (23.6 × 13.8 in).

The strong character and size of these panels make them ideal for creative repurposing — they can be:
