Introducing my vintage button collection – sourced from an old, unused stock of buttons and buckles, most likely from Belgium in the 1950s.
This card features a set of 18 buttons, each with a diameter of 18 mm, crafted from natural bone. The buttons have a round, flat shape with a subtle bowl-like dip at the center, along with a smooth surface and a slightly matte finish, giving them a refined appearance. The classic four-hole design ensures they are both functional and versatile, while the solid black color provides a timeless look.
Bone buttons are valued for their durability and natural characteristics. These buttons are lightweight yet strong, making them an ideal choice for vintage garment restoration or adding a vintage touch to new creations. Their distinct shape, with the gentle dip in the center, adds depth and character, making them suitable for both casual and formal pieces.
NOTE: please note that colours may slightly differ in reality due to variations in screen types and the effects of photography.
